Random Scenario #1
You're out on a mini sailing trip with your spouse and child and an unexpected storm hits. As your boat gets tossed about, your child gets thrown over board and your spouse jumps in to save him. The current is strong, waves relentless, your child and spouse are separated, and both are seconds from drowning... who do you try to save first?

Save the kid first. Spouse better be strong enough to fend for himself. I am not his mother.
yeah, that's my choice too. i figure if it were the other way around, i'd want my husband to save our child first.
obviously the child. nick can hold his breath pretty good
duh! the kid. the only reason i got the husband (hypothetical) was to have the kid!
Can I throw in a life jacket?? I don't really like getting wet.
