She looks a lot like Max when he was born, but I can see the subtle differences. Her hair is lighter than his was when he was born. She has less hair than he did. They both have almond-shaped eyes (coming from the Asian genes, I believe)but Kacie has Daddy's nose and Max got mine.
I'm praying for dancer's feet (as Max got Daddy's flat feet).

A newborn's cry is pitiful and precious.

Can you tell we're hooked already?
Her feet are not really that long, her booties are just falling off :D
I cannot describe in words what this gaze makes my heart feel. (Maximize the pic and pretend you're her mother and she's staring at you...that'll give you some idea)
Max (pre-haircut) holding Kacie face for the first time and with a proud Granny Lynne.

Max (post-haircut) feeding "Rachel Goat" for the first time.

We love you, Kacie Ekela! Don't grow too fast!
