My top twenty things that make me shudder list...

1. Poop on my fingers (don't judge… it's usually not my own poop)
2. Eating really milk-sogged cereal
3. Eating the big strawberry chunks in jam (sick… makes me think of blood clots)
4. Long wet hair on back (it can be my back or yours… gross either way)… and I don't mean hair growing out of the back, which is also gross. Please dry it or put it up! Thanks.
5. Hair growing out of back and in ears (i don't have either of these, thankfully)
6. Sticky hands
7. Sticking hand/arm in dirty dish water to unclog sink (this is usually accompanied by some sick combination of odors).
8. Bad breath (it's the "old-grandpa-moth-ball-shizzy" smell…and…the "i-haven't-flossed-or-brushed-my-tongue-in-months-or-years" smell that really get to me…maybe their both the same?).
9. Vuh jay jay odor and the really bad arm pit smell (sorry guys, i had to specify because some odor doesn't bug me as much).
10. Dark urine samples.
11. the taste of rye bread.
12. the smell or taste of hummus (used to love it… then got the worst food poisoning from it…nuff said).
13. People who have no skill of talking with food in mouth (I, along with other people I know, can do this pretty discreetly, without the gross out factor… of course, I try not to do this at all).
14. Stepping on/crushing an innocent snail (this happens more in hawaii than utah).
15. Cockroaches.
16. Cleaning toilets.
17. Seeing cellulite (believe it or not, i am more grossed out when i see this in my own body than in others).
18. Stepping on wet, soggy ground.
19. Not seeing, but hearing people suck face.
20. Hearing people sing off key.

K, I am no longer allowed to read your blog while pregnant! The gag reflex is simply too much ;)

ha, lisa… sorry, i know what it's like. The gag reflex was really bad for me when I was preggo too! My husband's cologne was the worst! (And it's my fav. men's cologne while NOT pregnant).

Yeah, I'm going to have to agree with you on a majority of these things. Especially #1- happens all too much these days.
