The Backyardigans

A couple of days ago, I reunited with two dear friends of mine, both of which I met in Argentina while serving a mission. We've stayed friends these past 10+ years but haven't been the best at keeping in touch and spending time together.

This was the first time since marriage and kids that all three of us got together. A bit of mayhem was had that day. Kids screaming, yelling, running, chasing, laughing, pooping (baby Kacie blew out on my lap and onto the "thank-goodness-leather-and-not-fabric" couch), crying, arguing, loving, sharing, not sharing made for an exciting and somewhat exhausting day. I decided to dedicate this post to our 4 year olds, who created most of the mayhem and who I got the most pictures of. heehee.

Introducing... The Backyardigans...

They got excited to water themselves...
the yard...
and the plants.

One of them decided it was time to STOP watering...

and start drying...
They were instructed to get silly...

and then it was time to calm down and learn how to do a loving, group shot...

they needed some help...
but they managed to pull it off after all!
